I wanted to cry after reading the scale, it was so incredibly difficult to stay on track on my mini vacation to Sendai. There was so much amazing food I wanted to over eat and say "screw it I'm on vacation!" but I didn't- and I have the results to prove it. I kinda feel bad about skipping dinner last night- but was too tired to care.
