I'm happiest if I weigh myself no more often than once a week.

I have been doing daily right after shower for years. It get frustrating sometimes when you see it go up but I’m used to it I guess.

I weigh twice a week. If I weigh everyday I start obsessing. I have a nutritionist and she would prefer it if I weighed once a month but no way I can do that.

2-3 times per 7 day week. Not really necessary I suppose, but still do it! Once every two weeks should suffice or once a month even. I’m still into logging everything for now and have for 1 year 4 months. I log my blood sugar, food, days I exercise, and weight. I’ve noticed my weight, now that I am in maintenance, fluctuates constantly between 128 - 130. Started at 182 pounds.

Weekends mornings only, after peeing, unless during the week I wake up and feel lighter than usual. Too much standing on the scale makes me feel obsessive.

I weigh every morning out of habit and can because those daily fluctuations do not send me into a depression. I understand what those fluctuations often times are due to besides a true weight gain.

Usually every morning. But like Kenna, I know about fluctuations from water and salt intake.

Every day but I use a spreadsheet that computes a running 7 day average. That's the number I pay more attention to.

I weigh once a month around the first. More than that gives me an excuse to overeat - whether the scale says up or down. But to each their own, it's a very personal decision. Do what feels right for you and best of luck.

Almost every morning after I evacuate. I love data and like to see long term trends. I have daily weights that go all the way back to 2013 🤓

Daily but I only count Friday's as that is when I weigh in at the gym. I am ok with fluctuating even when I know I am doing well on eating. I can gain weight the next day if I eat too much sodium or if I had an instense workout. But overall is what counts.

Daily but the number doesn't bother me in The slightest it's all about the trend

Daily, right when I wake up, after I've gone to the bathroom. It gives me the most consistent reading that way. However, I keep a spreadsheet with a 7-day rolling average that I consider my true weight. Smooths out the bobbles so it's easier to see trends. I'm also not someone who gets emotionally wrapped up in the number on any particular day. It's just data I use to make decisions

Daily but track weekly average as I do fluctuate depending on hydration, exercise and salt intake.

I only started daily with this site, and it's fine, it seems to keep me inspired to make sure I do well each day (I weight right after getting up).
