Afternoon exercise
Bike: 17 miles, 7 resistance, 14.5-15.5 mph, 70 minutes

This is what I get for taking half of Friday and all day Saturday off from the challange.
Going to see how much more I can do today to try to catch up but I am getting tired.
Well, I will do what I can and that is good enough. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Wow. That's pretty dang good. Maybe I need to do a challenge so I will be motivated to work out again. I don't know why I get suddenly lazy the week before TOM, I worked out twice this week. That sucked..

Well maybe we can figure out what kind of exercise you and I have in common and create a challange of our own and that way we can be in one together and help motivate each other??
