Trying a new Cobs bread. Cape seed which is net carb 22 gm for 2 slices, my morning staple. Higher calorie, healthy fats. 11 gm protein.
Breakfast is hard to stay at or below 45 gm carb (net) because I eat a banana every morning too.
Dietitian says it’s okay because I balance out and under target for the day over all. My goal is to stay at or cinder 45 gm/meal, choosing healthier carbs of course.
Breakfast is a deal breaker: Toast, peanut butter, banana and tea with Carnation milk. Non negotiable and my staple, favourite meal of the whole day!
