Well I did not finish my workout yesterday.
Ii did end up going out with my sister for the afternoon. Her husband has Celiac disease and has a lot of ways to make gluten free foods. So we went to the health food store whole foods and found some stuff she says works really well.
I bought a loaf of bread and it was over $7.00 for one loaf so I also bought some rice flour and am going to try and make some today.
Homemade always taste better anyways.
I have had breakfast but have not worked out yet. Still feeling tired at the moment so I think I will hold off until I feel like I am ready.

Hey S, there are so many foods out there for gluten-free diets these days. How's you BIL finding eating these days? Is it easier than in years past? Let us know how the bread comes out.
