I'm feeling more positive about losing weight again. I finally got to do a little workout last night - it's a start. I know I need to exercise and watch my food to get anywhere and that means committing to a session of some kind of movement every day.
I was disappointed that I put on weight since September last year - I had a bit of a health scare and just went off the rails....never a good idea as it is always so hard to get back on those damn rails. But I have now run out of reasons for not putting in some serious effort to get back to where I was.
