I fall off the wagon all the time. Just be honest with your self when it happens and get back on. No need to quit. We all go thru this.. no one is perfect.. I just take it one day at a time..All you gotta do is get thru today .. then tomorrow is a new day .. and hey at least it was chineese and not burger king..
