WooooHooooo!!!! Had my weigh in today at Jenny Craig and according to their scale I lost 4 lbs.!!!!! The food is very good, although small portions but I can still have my coffee in the morning! My lifstyle has changed with no eating out but I don't have to think about what I need to eat for dinner.
