so it's been a slow go especially not being able to be active like I want. between the weather and neck surgery I'm struggling. in fact sitting here once again to talk with the surgeon . I've found to help my cravings a chia flax oat cup helps wonders. also just taking a break from the watchfulness on the weekends. I feel better I eat better (unless I get mad lol) but for the most part moving in the right direction weight wise. hope the rest of life follows lol here ducky ducky ducky 🐤 🐤 🐤 😆
