I’m back. It’s been a few months and I thought I recovered by not weighing myself, but when mum pulled out the scale and said it’s time to do the yearly weigh I freaked. I protested and she said nope why won’t you just weigh yourself? And that shut me up. I hoped on and guess what. 44 kilos. So I’m going back to low calories at 500 a day and I hope to lower that soon but I’m gonna ease myself back into that and I’m exercising a heap. I still wanna be 30 kilos but I don’t think that’s gonna happen unless I can get rid of like half my thighs and stomach. ☹️☹️☹️

I really hope what you're saying isn't true. You are young, and are aiming to be quite underweight from what I've read of your past posts. This is not healthy and you are damaging yourself 😢 You need to speak to your GP, please look after yourself. This gain is a good thing, at least aim for the bottom of your healthy weight range if you must be thin, trust me, ignore what you see and trust what the scales tell you x
