Up a little, but I was down a bit unrealistically the other day. We changed the batteries in the scale and it seems more steady. My body seems to want to hold onto food (I read what FS user Diane's nutritionist said and it could be due to the same thing). Not enough calories/macros and body fighting the weight loss. I'll have to look at and adjust.
Measuring out my maple syrup for my oatmeal this morning I realized I'm probably not the only one who does this...I lick the measuring spoons! I figure if I've measured it, I'm getting every last drop!
