Morning stats were identical to yesterday's. Had a nearly 3-mile walk today and worked back with weights: 3 sets rear delt flyes 3 sets cable rows 3 sets high machine rows 3 sets seated pull-downs 3 sets one-arm rows 3 sets db pullovers BUT NOT ALL AT ONCE. I ate a couple hundred calories more than usual, but I'm still 900 cal below my exercise output, IF I BELIEVE THE EXERCISE expenditure. I don't think lifting weights burns that much energy. Working in getting a free Vasa gym membership through the VA.
