Diario de meohmy125, 22 abr. 15

Wow, today is Day 9 of 14/28. Only five more days to go for this diet. Today, I'm bloated for the obvious TOM reasons. Earlier this morning, I found myself grumpy and irritable (like the picture below). Then, I realized if I keep this up that I'm not going to have a wonderful day. So thankfully, I turned my mood around and started cleaning. I always clean when I'm stressed out or irritable, and it always work!

Yesterday, I almost caved in to eating the no-no's of my diet/challenge. Today, I'm not so concerned about it because I will go back to eating some food. I don't know, I may give myself a tiny treat or not...only time will tell. I hope you all are having a fantastic week and reaching your goals!

Wow keep it up. If you find you are having cravings, eat a healthy snack to fill you up. Or take a walk. Anything to set your mind on track and away from the bad foods. But it sounds like you are confident and strong! But before you give yourself a tiny treat, eat a fulfilling healthy meal THEN see if you still want that treat. I do this a lot when I am home from work. I get to cooking my dinner and tell myself..if I REALLY want that chocolate..I can have it after dinner. 9 times out of 10...I am too full and fulfilled from my dinner to even think about a treat!

Super job! If I can't turn a bad mood around, then I'm sick. It's a matter of perspective...great skill to have in life. I used to love the scrub and wax floors when I was crabby and stressed out, but that doesn't happen anymore...but I also will clean house. It's a good workout too! Hang in there!!

Thanks for the advice Panigale! I did that last night and I didn't even have a chance to eat a piece of chocolate. Thanks for letting me a part of yours too Glen! Horseshu, I can't imagine scrubbing/waxing a whole floor...that so8unds tough. Thanks for the support!
