I know how to lose weight, I know how to gain weight, but what need to learn is how to create a new set point. I know it’s not willpower, because at some point that becomes exhausting. It’s definitely a mental state one has to attain. All the charts and metrics you use to control it don’t really matter in the long run. It’s about seeing yourself differently, and food being in its proper place in the overall scheme of things in your life
