I do not know why I thought I could handle a challenge this early in my diet. I thought I could handle my food choices over the holiday, but turns out that I failed. July 4th is what i call my shame day. I totally gave in to temptation, but i resisted any breads. I tried to eat smart, but it's hard to resist when it's right in front of you. Even today I had trouble getting back into the swing of things. I didn't work out this morning, but I made myself work out tonight. The workout was not that overwhelming, but i still feel awful about not making myself workout this morning. I weighed this past Friday (1st)I weighed in at 339. I'm afraid to weigh in again. So I'm waiting till Friday to weigh myself again.
