so my maintenance calories are set at 3300 they recommend 2200 and I'm trying for 1500, currently averaging 1700 first bad Foord today, ate a whole pizza 🤣 I could of eaten a lot more but I really want this weight gone. it's quite hard to try be super Strick being type 1 diabetic I need sugar to balance out my blood sugars.

I enjoy pizza and so can you just make them yourself by using a wrap not pizza bases and keepinng to a serve of mozzerella cheese (its really not necessary to drown the toppings in cheese, try 30g serving of it instead) vegetables and small amounts of meat are filling. I like assorted mushrooms with sundried tomato strips. Be inventive with your toppings including herbs, you'll be able to eat the whole pizza for under 400cals. 🤗
