Diario de JHaas, 29 jul. 09

i did very goood today. BUT at about 8:45 my head started pounding. I took Motrin 4 of them actually and NOTHING. so i had a WW chocolate moose pop HOPING and praying it was going to help. Well it did. I know i loved sweets and sugar but my god. It also tells me i didnt eat enough today BUT i am full, not over stuffed. Im Full I feel good about how much i ate. Im going to do this I have to do this for me. I have to do this for ME. I HAVE TO DO THIS FOR ME. I know i repeated myself. I want to do this for me. I want to do this for ME. I WANT TO DO THIS FOR ME!! :-)

You can do it! Keep up your calories - don't fall below 1200 or so. Add veggies, drink lost of water, and make good plans for eating. Good luck - your chart looks good! And your wedding picture looks really beautiful - keep that goal in mind!

thank you, I just realized that you had commented on this. I have been doing very good. i dont always put my water or veggies down in my food journal but, i am eating and drinking like a crazy woman. there are a few days where i dont and if i do it too much my weight loss or lack there of shows if im not drinking enough water!
