The stress of switching roles at work is starting to ease. I actually felt like I made a positive impact this week.
I changed the days I go to the gym so that I would have a better chance of being there when our trainer is there. He pushes me and it helps. I have my "check up" in two weeks and he will likely develop a more challenging plan for me. I am glad I have turned the gym at work into a weekly ritual. It has definitely helped with my weight and blood pressure.
Lots to get done today as the spring cleaning, room arranging, etc. continues. I have Monday off for concert recovery, but I am hoping to turn that into a clean up and get rid of day too.
