Hmm...I saw both of these bands at a Taste of Chaos show a couple years back. Not bad! Have fun at the show!!! Burn some calories by going into the mosh pit!

Awww...I've seen someone's glasses get knocked off and crushed before. Once I was against the railing and a crowd surfer hit me going by and the side of my face hit the railing hard. I had a nice bruise for a while. Still, good show. Haha.

LOL To be honest, I didn't get it either. I didn't start listening to metal until I got into powerlifting in high school. The coach blared it over the weight room speakers to help fuel our workouts. After high school I joined a small local gym that did the same thing. It just kind of stuck. So I'm a clean cut, nerdy looking guy... and then I shock the hell out of people when they get in my car and the stereo starts. LOL I will probably be deaf in a few years.

Your coach blared metal? Lucky. My strength coach in high school blared opera. He also walked around in t-shirts with Nietzsche quotes on them. To this day I still think I am the ubermensch. ;) If you want a break from metal but want something that is still pretty fast try Bad Religion. Sort of a Metal/Punk mix and the lead singer is a professor of Biology at UCLA.

Seriously! There's a lot of songs I hadn't heard before I started playing that game and now I like them. I actually met my boyfriend at a Guitar Hero night at a restaurant/bar we used to frequent. We'd go up and play songs on Wednesday nights in front of the whole bar. What a bunch of nerds, huh? Haha.

hmmm... 'splains a lot! The head-banging seems much more effective with long hair - maybe you can get extensions before the concert? :) Plus long hair could hide some earplugs!

They're better lovers than jocks, apparently, because according to "Revenge of the Nerds" all jocks ever think about is sports, whereas all nerds ever think about it sex. So, therefore, thinking about sex all the time makes you good at it. How's that for logic? ; )

Have a good time. I went to Mayhem last year to see Disturbed, which was insane. Killswitch is pretty alright, one of those bands I love on the radio but never got into. What is about bald guys and having incredible voices? Lol.
