I over did it with chips and chocolate yesterday, but I'm reawakening my awareness around hunger/fullness cues, and my goals for the coming week are: •Log all the foods •Eat mindfully when possible •Stop eating once I'm satisfied! I'm feeling hopeful and a little excited about my renewed focus, bring on the new year/new me and you! 💚
