does anyone know any good packaged healthy snack, like a grab and go kinda food that's healthy..if so please please please tell me.....I hate cooking but wanna stay healthy

I really like taking rice cakes, putting peanut butter and banana slices on it. But that's not packaged lol, Herbalife has some really awesome snack bars and packaged snacks that are pretty good. Curbs my sweet tooth

I keep a few boiled eggs in the fridge. Also I have fresh pineapple cut in small containers too.

Natacia, All of the people on this space are probably in the same situation. Many intelligent, capable and productive people that have a weakness in the area of food. Best of wishes for you to be successful through the next three months. I'll be watching for your posts.

I bag up a mix of almonds, dried fruit, raisins, and cashews into snack size ziplocs - equals about 1/4 cup. Easy to carry around and keeps me full between breakfast and lunch.

I throw an apple and some snack bags of almond in my bag in the morning when I am on the road. you can buy individual sizes of peanut butter now for dipping you can take with you too.
