HEEEEEYYY YALLLLLLL, I haven't been on this for a while cuz I spilled water on my laptop but my replacement come son the 20th, I HAVE BEEN LOSING WEIGHT.... I remember I started at 277, although my highest was 281, now im a 250 flat!!!!!!!!....I still need to choose better food though, the only thing I thinks that helping me are the lower calories amounts and the not eating after dinner time....I still need to eat fruits tho and greens and whatnot, but I think I have started to look at food in a different way, live its not the first thing on my mind anymore, well not as much....but I signed up for summer classes, so I wont be lounging around all summer eating all day, and ill be road tripping a lot. sooo yea.
