#Lunges-anyone who has read any of my posts know that this is my most dreaded workout. I do a standing lunge and my last workout I held 40# dumbbells. Anyone that struggles with these keep working at them! I like seeing my workouts in a graph over time. If you use this app you are categorized with other men or women your age so I am not compared to a 20 year old but someone my age.

I believe using collagen hydrolysate twice a day, MSM once per day, and a high EPA/DHA fish oil at 4000mg per day, keeps inflammation out of my knees. No pain, though I can hear/feel creaks here and there. So, it's not pain, but balance that has been holding me back. Probably why I like squats and stiff deadlifts so much, no balancing, just power.
