Very proud of myself. I got a Wendy's grilled chicken sandwhich and did NOT eat the bread. Not so proud that I are the fries but only because of the calories...OUCH! That will bite me in the ass later or should I say stick to my ass, lol. Anyways, going to do 40 minutes of yoga and a 2 mile watp today. Should be doing it now but I will let the fries sit for a bit. Alright,fine...I will do it now!!
