I'm up 0.2 this morning. I know it's from the pizza I ate last night. Um, hello sodium! Oh well, it'll go away soon. I'm not too worried about it.

that is a great attitude to have... That is how I look at things I was bad last night so of course there was a gain this morning but I am back on track to day and the weight will come off again.. :) Blessed Be mark

Glad you have the same attitude towards your gain as well! It's discouraging to see a gain, but it's encouraging to have a positive attitude and remind yourself it'll come off in no time! :)

yeah I mean the gain is only a fraction of a fraction of what I have lost thus far... lol
