Diario de Wicked Step Monster, 28 jun. 11

It was an eye opening movie! I've rewatched it at least 3 times...so much good info! I follow his blog also. Great stuff!!!  

I was looking for an interesting Documentary to watch and found fat head and it's the only reason I started eating low carb! 

I will have to find his blog. I can totally see myself watching it several times as I have a few friends who I think will enjoy it. Alisa, if I wasn't already doing low carb, this movie would have motivated me to do so.  

That movie really motivated me when I first started Atkins. Now that you've reminded me of it I might have to watch it again as a refresher course. :)
