Haha, I accidentally ate one kg of apples :D
Exercise was pretty good today, especially the no gi grappling class for 90 Minutes. Thaiboxing was oookay, too many new people though :/ It's not that I don't like the newbies, the trainer just sucks at integrating new people and makes everyone do the basic basic stuff.
I'm short on money, so I'm eating in the university canteen, usually picking a balanced option with some veggies. The only thing that bothers me is guesstimating calories...
One meal/snack a day challenge starts tomorrow :)

How does one eat that much weight in apples? :) How big were the apples? I can think of worse foods to eat 1kg of...mostly because I've eaten them. :)

and salads are good for you. :)
besides it's soo much better for us than ONE donut.
AND it's only about 400 calories AND has 20 grams fiber, which reduces the calories. :)

TRUE, but donuts are only delicious to me when I scrimp on breakfast. which causes CRAVINGS for sweets and fats... later on. :)

I've been treating apples like candy lately. Mine are plain though. There are worse things. Like the Easter candy.
