🤷‍♀️ Oh well, today *is* Saturday, and I did go a little overboard with snacks yesterday, so...meh...also experiencing a lull in motivation, which is an orange flag for me. I'm at a point where, if I'm not vigilant, I'll end up reverting back to old behaviours and habits. I'm going to do my supermarket shop today so I can meal prep tomorrow. I'm also going to seek out inspiration every day this week to help me stay on track. Plenty of inspo right here in this community, so thanks to all of you for being part of the fuel in my fire! 💚

Happens to me every weekend. I actually was 2 kg heavier on Monday than I was yesterday! It could be water weight if you ate lots of carbs, it'll come back off fast x
