I tend to reach for the comfort foods when I get sick, so I understand. Hopefully getting back to the gym will help. I'm the opposite of you with the gym, I find every excuse at the gym not to do an exercise, like someone's on the machine I want, there are too many people, there's a creepy guy watching me, but at home I push myself hard because no one is watching. It's funny how our minds all work differently. :) Good luck!
