Sadly, this use to be me. I use to think I could eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, just as long as I worked it off. Sadly, it took years for me to realize I can't eat all junk and expect clean mean results. When I changed the way I ate to eating clean, then my body started to clean. I'm glad I finally realized! I hope you all are having a great day and not caving into eating junk majority of the time! You and your body deserves better!

I think that is an error a lot of people make, me included. For me, actually writing my daily intake and my daily exercise helped me realize that!!

For sure! The junk food is so much easier to grab when you're hungry. I got home from work today and was "looking" for something to eat and automatically went to the pantry. (Old habit) Thankfully, I snapped out of it and told myself there is nothing healthy in the pantry because all the food there is full of preservatives. So I went to the fridge and found a Halo mandarin orange. It was delicious...and no guilt!

When I first heard about a food diary, I felt like I didn't have time to write everything that I ate everyday. I finally did start and it definitely showed me the reason why I was not losing weight. I'm glad you didn't cave into those preservatives DRL! Thanks Deb, I hope you do great in the challenge! Hopefully, I'll try to post one every now and then.
