Just looked up the benifts of HIIT..and it sounds like a great way to kick up my workout routine! Anyone else doing/done this? How did it work for you?

Yes, I love it! I love that I don't have to waste so much time doing an hour of low cardio, but that in just a few minutes I'll be done. It's really challenging and keeps me motivated. When I'm not doing short HITT workouts, I'll do Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I think she called hers circuit training, but it sure does feelss like a HITT workout! I hope you like HITT.

I'm sorry for responding so late. Sometimes my notifications can be too many to keep up with. I've been doing it since late last year, but this year I've been trying to do it more frequently. It definitely helps with my weight losssince I've been on FS. It also gives me more energy and helps when I don't have the time for a long workout because of my active 2-year old daughter.
