Bad week calorie wise, not helping myself with depression. Need to eat more eggs or beef to raise choline and cut out sweet treats that have crept in.

For sure, Jonty. I am much more likely to get low mood if my diet is bad. It's not a miracle cure to eat well, but it is one of the tools we have to help stabilise mood.

Your right Anne bad diet does alter mood. I was surprised I didn't put weight on this week with all the rubbish I've eat. I've found maintenance harder than losing weight. 😀👍
