Hi Being away, health not the best but getting better. Being given the all clear on most of my test, just old wear and tear, and cyst where they shouldnt be.
Another mammogramme on 24 July, thats to check on cysts in right breast, but Doc did ultra sound happy enough they are beneign, and will only have see the specialist every 3 months to keep in top of colon problem. So Im relieved and high in spirits.
To tackle my weight Im starting Lipotrim tomorrow, doc will monitor me and send me for blood test etc.
Im very excited about being at last in control of my life again, and have spoke or txted everyone to help me, by either walking with me or giving me spin to or from swimming pool.
It is an expensive way to lose weight, €90 a week but I need this kick start me and all this weight not helping my knee. So will be worth it. Im only plannung it 4 wks at a time. Its about as much ahead as I can plan without putting to much pressure on myself.
