Around 1:00 this afternoon I did a 45 minute yoga which I also did yesterday and let me tell you I am sore all over!
3:30 started Jillina and at the 27 min mark I had to stop. I am just to drained to finish it. At first I was thinking my mind was just not into it but now I am starting to think it is just to much for me.
I have ben so tired latelly and am not sure why.
Could it just be the stress from my Grandpa these last two weeks or is there something else?
I have been sleeping in longer than usual and I still have a hard time getting up in the mornings and I am having a terrible time getting to sleep ast night. For over a week now I have been up to at least 1:00 AM and tossing the rest of the night.
I am not liking this at all and want to get back to the old me. I have never been one of those people who can run and run but at least I had the energy to get things done. Now I dread everything I have to do.
Hope I figure this out soon.
I hope everyone else is having a better week than me??

It sounds like stress to me. Your mind just keeps on running over things in your mind over and over and over, and it starts as a slight worry about your sleep pattern, which makes you start to worry about that which in turn causes more sleep issues. Is there anything calming that you can do before bed? Hot shower, bath, read? Just something to relax? When I am having issues falling a sleep, I put on a movie that I know will make me fall asleep (lately is has been the "life" nature videos, the guys voice is relaxing, and it makes me drift off. I hope your back to your normal self soon!

I have been thinking about doing a 20 min yoga workout in the evening before I go to bed. Yoga is very realxing. The only thing is my husband and I usually watch tv or something until 11 or so than go to bed so I may have to see if he will do it with me so we are still doing things together. Worth a shot I guess, thanks

sometimes eating low calorie makes it hard for me to sleep, and it does add to any anxiety that I already have. Yoga before bed might help. It may just be a temporary interruption in your sleep routine due to getting overloaded/overworked and worrying about others. I suggest taking a break from the Jillian workouts and do something you enjoy more for your workout. You don't seem to enjoy them, and they are very punishing. Save those workouts for days you have more energy. I hope you figure out how to get back to a normal pattern, no sleep sucks! :)
