Diario de sexynonna, 21 jun. 11

Day one of re-induction.I think its the only way to go at this point.12-15 ncs from veggies and no more. I was going over and not tracking close enough.Back to scales and measuring cups and only foods on acceptable induction list.Back to reading and doing the lessons again to.Getting back to the mind-set and energy I had in the beginning.

Good for you! It is so easy to get careless and go over. As much as I hate to measure - it is really the best way. We just cannot trust our eyes when it comes to food!

I second that Buffy! You go Sexy! You can do it! FYI - I simply CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!! No way - no how! I can be my own worst enemy. As a simple test to myself, I tried eye-balling a cup of sweet potato...then, I measured what I thought was a cup was actually 1-1/3 cups. Yikes! But, you have inspired me to go back to the basics to revisit, relearn & revamp! Thanks for all your help over these past months, you are a gem too!

Being back on induction sucks.Really miss my nuts.This to shall pass I know.Had some krakus ham and cream cheese instead. Veggie ncs today:14.30....not making the total though
