Diario de skinnygirl130, 19 jun. 11

So I broke down and ate some bread yesterday b/c I ate breakfast and did not get to lunch till almost four and I did not care I was eating what I wanted.
Ya....won't do that again! I forgot how bad the cramping and sharp pains can get and even my hips and lower back were hurting.
Still hurts today but not as bad.
I did not workout yesterday and not planning to today. Just taking the weekend off but not all together. Still keeping my calories in check and not eating that unhealthy. I am just not being so strick. Back again tomorrow though with Jillian and my yoga.
Hope everyone is enjoying there weekend and happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!

Why don't you eat bread? Do you do low carb? I took the weekend off too, to a degree, but I didnt go too far. I think it actually helps to allow yourself what you want sometimes. I stocked up on lots of healthy stuff this week so I will be eating healthier tommorow.

the gluten in the bread gives me bad cramps from my endometriosis

OH I see..have you looked for gluten-free options? Health food stores should have some.
