So, I've been in a funk and have not been watching my food or working out for far too long.
But I'm back to it, and managed to drop a pound so far this week.
I am now down 108lbs, which I know I should be thrilled about, but compared to the battle now, that first 100lbs was easy.
Argh.
I have 16lbs to go to hit a healthy BMI. (I really want to drop 27more to be at my lowest goal ever).

I have dropped as many cumulative inches over my whole body as I am tall.
I have dropped almost 40% of my body weight in a little over a year and a half. (38.16% to be exact).
So, why do I feel like a complete screw up over my lack of weight loss for the past few months????
I know I shouldnt.
My health is better, I am so much smaller than I was...I cant figure out exactly WHY I lost my motivation for so long, and I am trying really hard to get it back.
Is this common? Getting so close to goal and screwing up?????

I've been trying to lose the 15 lbs. I gained after a medical issue and it's been the hardest thing I've done. Even harder then losing 82 lbs. I see lots of other people also have the same problem. We've done so well then when it comes to the final lbs, we can't get it together. Maybe change up your food plan? Change exercise? I don't know.

Probably, I just need to get back ON the program........exercising regularly and eating like I was before. Ive been unemployed for almost 3 months and its been depressing. I had a big depression in January, but I crawled out. lol. Ive been skipping exercise and eating whatever. :(

I understand what your saying and been experiencing a bit of my own losing focus. I just need to do a better job of keeping track of my calorie count. Hang in there and remember why you began your journey.
