I definitely think weight loss is easier for some than others and im not talking about the physical part of it, Im talking about the mental aspects of it. The having will power to say no, the stop and think what im doing, the understanding that its now or never. For me idk, if i had one wish I would ask for me greed for food to be removed I wish I was one of those people that ate to live and not for pleasure. well let round two begin.

Weight loss is not easy :( You just have to pick a target date and tell yourself this is the day you are going get serious. Have your favorite foods prior to the date. If you like a lot of meat you might want to try the Atkins diet :) That's what I am doing and I satisfied ;) The hardest thing for you would be giving up the carbs (sugar & starches). But you can eat lot of eggs, meat and fat! You can have your burgers, just not the bun ;) You can do it, if you try :D

You can have a bun, well fake bun, But its works and its good, I make a Patty melt and it's just 6 carbs for both slices of my bread and cheese. (Onions are extra, but there not bad) If interested, hit me back and I'll share it with you. Michael
