Three birthdays in eight days makes it difficult to maintain or lose weight. Seems to take me a week to recover from the unhealthy decisions of just one birthday party. I kinda want to skip the final birthday party later today, but I don't want to offend my friends by skipping their 40th birthday party. Maybe I can just make healthier food choices while attending instead.
