Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday ….
Yesterday did workouts…but lighter weights….more reps…and kept the strain down to 11.8… as for sleep…got an hour nap yesterday….and 7.5 last night …I listened to brown noise thru my headphones as i sleept thru the night…had less awake time..less light sleep..more rem and deep sleep it all helped with recovery today…
With 75 % recovery…my strain today is 13.0….the more recovery…the higher the strain …
Todays plan..same as always…work the body…keep it moving…I often think about the deserts they serve here…so much sugar…and I think about the residents…their choice to eat or not eat,..like a kid in a candy store….
Well….listening to a podcast…almost time to weigh in…then get dressed…and get a morning walk in….still dark at 5am…but just another day…and a habit to stick with….that’s what it’s all about..creating a daily habit…and sticking with it…
