Diario de bridgetbrannon, 09 jul. 09

I've been slacking! I didn't eat that bad, I just haven't been entering food in my journal. I also haven't been exercising in 4 days. I know there's no good excuse but I did have 2 wks worth of homework that I had to cram in the last few days. It was exhausting. I haven't gained any but I haven't lost. I need to cut some more sodium out of the diet. I am leaning more towards the anti-aging diet now. You get to eat blueberries, dark chocolate (not a lot of course) and all my favorite foods. Well luckily I have all my school work complete for now. Back on track!

I think all that homework is a very good reason for taking a break. A lot of us get frustrated by trying to go too far too fast. Your chart shows that you are very serious about losing weight and are doing an excellent job. Keep it up! :-)
