Well, I finally fell under 202 lbs. of body weight and I'm slowly edging down in body fat percentage at 24.5%. I suppose I'll have to throw some sort of celebration when I get under 200 lbs. At this point I'm seriously rethinking my weight goal. I wanted to hit 190, then set a new goal for 175 lbs. I'm thinking now that I'll hit 190 and then set a body fat goal of 15% @ 175 lbs. That will be somewhat harder but I think doable.

I surprised myself on the bench press today. 205 in two reps and 185 lbs in 5 sets of 5 reps. Just a couple of weeks ago 185 in sets of 2 would have been beyond me. That weight has been steadily increasing and my "long term" goal was 250 lbs in one rep. I might have to rethink that.

For me it was better to hit a few smaller goals than one big one at a time. First I wanted to get to 200. After I did that I set my goal to 185. Once I hit that I will probably move it to 175. That way I'm not too far away form my next goal and I can make sure the goal isn't unreasonable.

That is a good plan. I'll readjust once I get to 190 and set a goal for 185, then 180, then 175. Then the body fat percentage goal.

Setting smaller weight goals is a good idea, it makes it all more manageable. Good job with the weights.
