I need to get back in control, this is the time is my DIET where i usually give up, and go back to my old ways, im anxious and want to literally go eat everything in the refridgerator, sigh......I NEED HELP

Seems a lot of us are feeling the same way right now. Here's something to think about: a craving lasts only 20 seconds or so. We just have to keep that in mind...
