Diario de skinnygirl130, 12 jun. 11

Well I did not get to workout yesterday. I logged it in the morning but never got around to it. Never got around to taking it out of the log either, lol.
Today I will need to workout.
I weighed myself this morning b/c I felt smaller to myself....I know I was supposed to be staying away from the scale but sometimes it just calls to you!
I weighed in at 131.6. Well, my new scale says 141.6 but still that is a four pound loss from Monday so I am thrilled either way. Now if I can just keep it off and get into the 120's/130's I will be doing great!
I really need to make myself change my weight to fit my new scale it is just so hard to add 10 pounds when you did not gain it is just off from your old scale:(
Really though I should stay off the scale until I finish the next six weeks of my new plan.
Got to plan my meals for this week and go to the store and find things I can eat without gluteen in them. I can't believe I have survived this week on what I have on hand b/c I was not prepared to go gluteen-gree when I did but I have made it through the week and will be doing even better after I get to the store.

LOL...I have done that too, logged something did not do it, or eat it, and did not take it off after either. I am looking forward to seeing what happens with your six week plan!
