before i forget, i wanted to take time to reflect on last week. our fridge died, so we had no storage or capacity for me to do meal prep. then, once we got a new fridge, a storm knocked out electricity for a couple days. so, now, i still had no capability to prep cook, had to take it day by day. however, I'm proud of the fact that so many things that were out of my control, the one thing i could control was what i ate. unlike others who resort to pizza and Mcdonalds, i stayed on track and put in the hard work on being accountable with what went into my mouth and ended the week at a new low point on the scale. the power of choices and behavior.
