Diario de malgaynor, 05 sep. 22

Hubby reminded me that the is a lifestyle change and so I am going to have to incorporate some treats for it to be sustainable - so I had three glasses of red this week. With an overall loss of 0.70kgs, your mind immediately goes to - would it have been more if I didn’t have alcohol?! I stuck to my 800 calories, however I also did the most exercise I have done in a year - we were clearing our bush block for bushfire clearance time and I spent days dragging and walking and lifting. Anyway seems like I am not going to be under 90th for going into hospital next week 🤷‍♀️

Liz you are absolutely right, no time to get despondent it’s still a loss and this journey will be a long one. I will focus week to week and yes I have one more week till surgery to get closer to the first goal. Thanks for the mind reset 😀
