Hi everyone! I'm hoping to be back on here more often! Things are slowing down at work...although it'll probably pick up again on Friday! Tomorrow I probably won't be on much at all. I took the day off because we're getting new carpets! woo hoo! Time for more of my money to be taken! lol</P><P>so as far as the food goes, i'm doing pretty well. had a little setback last night, but nothing too major. exercise...boo. i suck. seriously! i feel like every night there's something going on and when i get home i'm exhausted and just wanna veg or go to bed! tonight is no different. i have a hair appt and then have to go to my cousin's for his wife's bday. i probably won't get home until close to 9:00. grrr...</P><P>anyway, enough of the pity party, how is everyone else doing? I miss my FS buddies! :)

Something going on every night is another reason I have realized I NEED to get up early in the morning to work out before I go to work!! It's hard but it's got to be done if we want to win the weight loss game... see if you can work that into your schedule. I'm trying to do the same.

I totally can understand hectic! Things here have been a total gong show. I'm finding myself really missing being here and recording everything like I was. It was a major help! So is planning. Even though I hate to admit it, being uber organized is the key to success for me. Now, if these random things would stop interrupting me! :) Have a great evening, Gina.

lala, thanks for the advice! i'm gonna try it, but i'm not really a morning person to be totally honest. Queen, glad to see I'm not the only one! :)

I am not a morning person either. Hard to get up when entire house, included husband are still snuggled in bed. It took me about a week to get used to it. I got off track there but am starting the morning workouts back up this week. I actually find I feel better during the day when I get up early and get in a good workout. Doesn't even had to be a long one, 30 day shred means you only have to get up an extra 25 minutes and I guarantee a major sweat!!!

very true, JC. I might have to start trying that. Maybe something to try early next week? I'd rather start the week off that way. We'll see!
