Wish I could break the habit of weighing every morning..up 1/2 pound this morning. Not what I wanted to see - but probably because of the new meds I started taking for inflammation. Not going to let it take me off track - but today the scale is going in the closet...out of site!! My clothes are fitting better so think I will take my measurements early..need the added encouragement today! Taking a drive over to the beach that should lift my spirits today!! Happy Saturday!!
