Diario de Chakrarain, 09 jun. 11

It's 100 degrees outside and humid, I am on Induction and dying for a smoothie to cool down, but can't have all those carbs. So it was time to get creative. I took 2 cups of peeled sliced cucumbers and ! cup of crushed ice and threw them in the blender along with 1 packet of raspbery crysal light. I got my veggies in and cooled off with a delicious smoothie that was only 3.85 net carbs!
