Honey Honey 1234567890, I don't think anyone can help you like them. I love them fresh rather than frozen if possible. Same with veggies. I love that you want to change your taste buds by trying to like them. Raw or cooked -.maybe that's the key? 🤷😉

I would add some nuts. Proteins would prolong satiety… Yes or no?

abbadabba, many people can work nuts and seeds into their WOE just fine. I eat them every day. Just as not everyone avoids carbs, not everyone avoids fat. If fat is a concern, seeds are generally better on that front. Honey Honey -- would berries in smoothies work for you? Sometimes introducing a food in a more palatable form for you helps you work your way up to a more unvarnished form. That said, sometimes there are foods we just don't like. Try as I did, I never did learn to like sardines 🤢

Lyu Bov, I always have a high protein lunch planned on my oatmeal days. We have a breakfast rotation of Oatmeal w/fruit, Eggs + egg whites fruit and veggie, Protein pancakes w/fruit,. Egg and Egg white omelet w/?, Ezekiel bread w/peanut butter + fruit. Creature of habit I guess.
